Development codes - zoning, subdivision, planned unit development, sign control, flood prevention, and/or design regulations - should reflect current case law, statutory provisions and best practices associated with land development. Plan Tools teams have updated development regulations for numerous Colorado municipal and county jurisdictions. In particular, Plan Tools has a core competency in the preparation of sign regulations that are content-neutral. Since the Reed v.
