County Master Plan Updates

In general, Colorado counties with a population of more than 10,000 residents that have experienced a population increase of 10% or greater over a five year period are required to prepare and adopt a master plan. As a rule of thumb, adopted county master plans should be updated every five years or when significant changes to land development patterns are anticipated. Plan Tools staff have prepared new or updated master plans for several Colorado counties.
