Welcome to the project website for the City of Montrose Unified Development Code Project!
The City of Montrose is updating its land development regulations. All land use regulations (zoning, subdivision, signs, and other related development code provisions) will be reorganized and consolidated into one "unified" development code, termed the City of Montrose Land Development Regulations (LDR). The LDR is scheduled to be completed by June 2023. A consultant team consisting of Plan Tools, LLC and the MDBR law firm is assisting City staff with the project.
